We design the entrance based on expected flow: per 1,000 guests we allocate one 1.2m-wide entry gate, with 3m Pre-Queue space. For large events we use Snake Queue Design distributing space efficiently.

Instead of one long queue, we divide entry into specialized lanes: VIP (instant entry no wait), Media (with press badges issued), Sponsors (with welcome booklets), General (fastest for public). Each lane has separate team and equipment.
Smart Check-In technologies
QR Code: guest scans code and gate auto-opens (1.5s per guest). NFC Wristbands: for luxury events (Festivals), also enable in-event payments. Face Recognition: for VIP events, guest enters with no ID. Print-On-Demand: badge printing at entrance in 8 seconds.

Exit management — the forgotten part
Most event injuries happen at exit (crush, congestion). We apply Staggered Exit: announce event end calmly, gradually play awareness music, open additional exits, distribute guidance team facilitating flow. Exit must be slower than entry for safety.
Real-Time Crowd Counting
We install AI cameras counting entrants and exiters with 98% accuracy. Real-Time dashboard shows: current count, entry rate/hour, peak congestion forecast, max-capacity alerts. This data helps event director take real-time decisions.
Emergency Evacuation plans
