Risk Assessment — foundation of every emergency plan

Before designing the plan, we conduct comprehensive risk assessment: crowd size, venue type (closed/open), number of exits, fire equipment, existing paths, event type (fireworks, candles, live cooking?). Each risk has specific mitigation strategy.

Evacuation capacity calculation per NFPA 101

Every venue has calculated Maximum Occupancy: 1,000 m² area × 0.65 person/m² = 650 maximum. Every 1,000 people needs 4 exits min 1.5m wide. We apply Egress Calculation per NFPA 101 ensuring sufficient capacity.

Evacuation maps and guidance signs

We design clear evacuation maps (printed in every badge, displayed in every corner), illuminated Exit signs with Photo-luminescent system (work without electricity), illuminated floor arrows, Voice Annunciators in Arabic and English. Visitor knows exit in 5 seconds.

Marshals — backbone of evacuation

We deploy Fire Marshals trained in evacuation management, ratio 1 per 250 people (for sensitive events 1:100). Wear clear Reflective vests, fluent in Arabic and English, trained in de-escalation and communication under pressure. Each Marshal responsible for specific zone.

Pre-event Drill — full rehearsal pre-event

4 hours before event opening, we conduct full Walk-through Drill with team: alarm activation, evacuation path tracking, measuring time from alarm to full evacuation, detecting any obstacles (chairs, tables). Goal: full evacuation within 4 minutes max.

Alarm and firefighting systems

We verify readiness of: Smoke Detectors (updated), Fire Sprinklers (tested monthly), Fire Extinguishers (1 per 100 m², valid expiry), audio alarm systems. For outdoor events, we provide Portable Fire Suppression Equipment and dedicated civil firefighting team.

Coordination with Civil Defense and ambulance

We submit emergency plan to Civil Defense 7 days pre-event for approval, coordinate fire truck + ambulance on-site for 1,000+ events, and have direct communication channels with 911 operations room to accelerate response.

Special scenarios — Plan B for every crisis

Fire: primary + backup evacuation paths. Security threat: immediate lockdown + specific evacuation. Medical crisis (heart attack, mass faintings): Medical First Response team ready, AED Devices available. Storm at outdoor event: Indoor Shelter ready. Every scenario tested.
