Saudi Coffee Service | Authentic Hospitality Protocol with Professional Precision

Saudi coffee is not a drink — it's a 500-year-old hospitality protocol with a specific preparation, a specific pour, a specific serving hand, and a precise sequence with dates and sweets. AOSS Media provides Saudi coffee service worthy of government bodies, official openings, and ambassadorial receptions.

We provide specialized Saudi baristas in traditional Saudi attire, preparing coffee with authentic ingredients (cardamom, saffron, cloves) from original silver and copper dallahs, served per correct protocol.

We serve: official events, major openings, government exhibitions, international delegation receptions, National Day events, Heritage Month, and traditional wedding occasions.

What sets our Saudi Coffee Service apart

  • Saudi baristas in traditional dress (shemagh + bisht)
  • Original silver and copper dallahs
  • Coffee freshly prepared on-site
  • Premium sukkari, majdool, and ajwa dates
  • Saudi sweets (ma'amoul, kunafa, basbousa)
  • Correct pour protocol from the right with 3 sips
Execution Methodology

A cinematic timeline for every detail

/ 01

What makes Saudi coffee service professional?

The difference isn't the coffee itself, but 5 details: bean roast level (medium), cardamom ratio (1:4 to bean), serving temperature (75-80°C), correct fenjal handling (no rim contact), and serving sequence (oldest to youngest, right to left).

/ 02

On-site preparation — for true flavor

Many hospitality firms prepare coffee in the kitchen and transport it in dallahs, losing 40% of the flavor. We prepare on-site on low heat: roast the beans, grind, brew with cardamom, cloves, and saffron, and serve fresh directly.

/ 03

Correct pour and serving protocol

The barista holds the dallah in the left, fenjals in the right, slightly bows for elder guests, pours the fenjal two-thirds full (not to the brim), serves with the right hand, and waits for the guest to shake the fenjal (the sufficiency signal). All authentic protocol details.

/ 04

Sequencing coffee with dates and sweets

Coffee always first, then dates, then sweets. Dates served on a silver dish with silver tongs or spoon, sweets on separate dishes. We provide a range: sukkari for regular guests, majdool for senior guests, Madinah ajwa for very special guests.

/ 05

Accompanying drinks selection

Alongside Saudi coffee we serve: fresh mint tea from a traditional pot, natural juices (lemon-mint, watermelon, pomegranate), and for luxury events we add Turkish coffee and French coffee for foreign guests.

/ 06

Traditional dress and overall appearance

Our baristas wear full traditional Saudi attire: white thobe, red shemagh, black egal, formal bisht for government receptions. For women's events we provide female baristas in traditional Saudi women's attire.

/ 07

Coffee service in heritage majlis

For events with a traditional Bedouin majlis: we set up a complete sitting with Persian rugs, cushions, a low table, an oud incense burner, and dallahs on direct fire. A full heritage atmosphere that attracts guests to photograph and share.

/ 08

6-8 hour continuous service at consistent quality

The challenge of coffee service is maintaining consistent quality from event start to end. We set up multiple preparation stations, refresh coffee every 30 minutes, maintain proper temperature, and continuously rotate clean fenjals.
