Luxury isn't in price tags — it's in attention to 100 small details the guest senses subconsciously, leaving a feeling of comfort without knowing why. Room temperature (20.5°), refilling water before requested, the 15° waiter bow, flower heights that don't obstruct sightlines — all are calculated standards.

Menu Curation — the chef tells a story

We work with Michelin-starred chefs to craft 5-9 course menus with full narrative: welcoming Amuse-bouche, soup, fish, meat, palate-cleansing sorbet, main, dessert, Mignardises with coffee. Every dish is presented with name and story.

Tablescape design — edible art

We design a custom tablescape per event: embroidered silk runners, fresh florals exactly 18cm high (no obstruction), low candles, hand-folded cloth napkins, hand-written gold-leaf name cards, and menus printed on Vellum paper.

We use Christofle silver, Baccarat crystal, Bernardaud porcelain, Limoges linen. Every piece is hand-polished before placement. Cutlery order follows classic French protocol with 100% accuracy.

We select crew from Swiss hotel-school graduates with Ritz-Carlton, Four Seasons, and Bvlgari experience. Ratio: 1 waiter per 6 guests. Pre-event briefing on protocol, guest names, dietary preferences, and health restrictions.

We employ a mocktail Sommelier: 15+ carefully curated drinks (luxury mocktails, fresh juices, world teas, specialty coffees from 4 continents, premium waters from Voss to Acqua Panna). Every drink paired with its course.

We serve Saudi coffee and dates with authentic ritual: hand-carved dallah, porcelain cups, silver date plates, traditional attire. This element distinguishes our hospitality even at international conferences and leaves unforgettable impression.
