What makes VIP protocol correct?

Pre-event — coordinating with guest offices
Two weeks before the event we contact each VIP's office: attendance confirmation, expected timing, food preferences, allergies, special protocol requirements, and entourage list. All recorded in a personal guest file.
Reception and motorcade arrangements
We coordinate with the guest's official security, define the drop-off point, the welcome escort (event director personally for top guests), an arrival path that avoids congestion, and minute-precision timing to eliminate wait or delay.
Seating — the Saudi protocol science
Seating follows the official rank ladder: sponsoring prince at center, then ministers right and left by seniority, then officials and ambassadors. Any seating error is a protocol offense. We deliver a written seating map approved by the host entity.
