What separates an official event from a regular one?
Three elements: protocol (seating, entrances, speeches), symbolism (flags, national anthem, official emblems), and documentation (official media, Saudi Press Agency, live Al-Ekhbariya broadcast). Every detail has a written rule, and we leave nothing to improvisation.
Seating arrangement — the hardest art in official events
Seating 30 official figures requires 3-4 days of planning. We handle: ministerial seniority, diplomatic ranks, entity representation, political sensitivities, gender separation where required, speaker proximity to the podium. Written seating chart approved by ceremonial affairs 48 hours before the event.
Royal and national anthem coordination
Royal Anthem plays only for the event patron (King, Crown Prince, Regional Emir). National Anthem opens official events. We contract the military band or prepare high-quality recordings, coordinate flag-raising, standing, exact timing (1 min 12 sec for the national anthem).
Foreign delegation reception protocol
An ambassador, state minister, or visiting PM arrives with defined protocol: airport reception with official cars, motorcade, security escort, photo op at the event gate, personal escort throughout, symbolic gift presentation, farewell with same protocol. We coordinate with MOFA and the embassy concerned.
Official speech management

Official events need 3 security layers: VIP personal security (comes with them), site security (we coordinate), public guarding. The signing moment is the centerpiece.
