Conferences up to 200 people: SAR 4,500. Up to 500: SAR 8,500. Up to 1,000: SAR 15,000. For major or multi-hall events we send a custom quote.

Do you execute seating per royal protocol?

Yes, we have experts in official Saudi protocol. We handle attendance of HRH royal family, ministers, ambassadors, and Royal Court officials with full protocol precision.

Do you provide ushers to guide attendees to their seats?

Yes, we provide trained ushers at a ratio of 1 per 50 guests, in formal attire with ID badges. Ushers know the full hall plan and speak Arabic and English.

We use Vectorworks Spotlight and 3D Audience to simulate stage view from every row and seat. We ensure: viewing angle no less than 30° from center, no obstructing columns, distance no more than 35m from stage for the last row. For VIPs we allocate the best angles.

Premium Banquet Table Setup

Each table seats 10 guests, 180-200cm diameter. Spacing between tables at least 90cm. Chair arrangement allows waiter passage from any angle. Customized place cards with event branding. Seating arrangement per business relationships and personalities to enhance guest-to-guest networking.
