Most Saudi exhibitions grant only 24 hours for dismantling post-closure, with thousands-of-riyals late-fees. We execute dismantling with multi-teams (6-12 people) within 8 hours, package pieces for storage or shipping, and return the hall empty 2 hours before deadline.
Between-exhibition storage — Asset Protection
A single booth costs SAR 80,000-500,000. We provide air-conditioned, secure storage in our 1,200m² Riyadh warehouse, with digital inventory, fire/theft insurance, and periodic maintenance. Average stored booth lifespan: 5-7 years and 8-15 uses.
Damage Insurance — investment protection
We provide comprehensive insurance against transport and installation damages up to SAR 500,000. Every piece numbered and photo-documented before and after each exhibition. If any element damages, we repair or replace at no extra cost to the client.
