Main reasons: outdated or wrong-size gear for the room, no resident sound engineer, no real-event testing. We avoid all of these via a strict technical methodology.
System types — which fits your event?
Point Source for rooms up to 200 (small conferences, meetings). Line Array for mid-to-large rooms (300-3000). Large PA systems for open spaces and major concerts. The choice depends on size, sound type, and budget.
Pre-install acoustic survey
A week before the event we run an acoustic survey: echo measurement, room dimensions, surface types (absorbing vs reflecting), interference zones, and likely noise sources. Result: a custom system that solves problems before they occur.
Microphones — the choice that makes the difference
For speakers: Shure UHF wireless with 4 standby channels. For music: Shure SM58 dynamic or Sennheiser condenser. Lavalier mics for sessions and interviews. Every mic is tested 3 times before the event.
Digital console and sound engineer
We use Yamaha QL5 or CL5 digital consoles with saved presets per scenario (keynote, concert, music, video). The engineer balances mix in real time, resolves issues instantly, and has a fully prepared backup ready.
Stage monitor system for presenters
The thing that throws a speaker off most is not hearing their own voice clearly. We provide a dedicated stage monitor (wedge or in-ear), so they hear a balanced echo-free version of their voice and speak with natural confidence.
Backup plan — because an event doesn't repeat
Every component has a backup ready: extra mics, duplicate cables, secondary power (UPS), and a backup sound engineer. Any failure is swapped out within 60 seconds without the audience noticing.
Integration with lighting, video, and broadcast
Our sound system integrates with lighting (DMX cues), live broadcast (independent audio feed), and cameras (embedded audio). Everything runs from one control room seamlessly.
