Every visitor entering the event sees lighting before anything else — before décor, before people, before screens. Lighting sets the overall mood, highlights what should be highlighted, hides what shouldn't be seen, and turns a regular experience into a cinematic one.
Types of event lighting
Architectural lighting for buildings and architecture, stage lighting for stages and presenters, decorative lighting for ambiance (fairy lights, lanterns), effect lighting for movement and energy (moving heads, lasers), and wash lighting to color large surfaces.
Pre-execution lighting design
10 days before the event we deliver a 3D lighting design in Wysiwyg or Vectorworks, letting you see how the event will look at different moments (opening, dinner, performance, closing). Edited and approved before we buy or rent a single fixture.
Real-time programming during the event
A lighting designer sits at a console (GrandMA3 or Avolites) throughout the event, changing scenes in real time per the program: reception lighting, dinner lighting, speech lighting, performance lighting, dance lighting, closing lighting. Every change with cinematic smoothness.
Projection mapping — turning buildings into screens
We deliver large-scale projection mapping shows on building facades and palaces: design tracked precisely to the facade, animated content synced to music, projected by 30,000-50,000 lumen projectors.
Camera lighting — for broadcast and recorded events
Lighting that looks beautiful to the eye can be a disaster on camera. We design lighting plots serving both: fill lighting for faces, back lighting for depth, key lighting for focus, with correct color temperature for cameras (5600K or 3200K).
Dynamic lighting synced to music
For concerts and entertainment we program lighting synced to music: changing with the beat, reacting to bass, exploding with drops. We use MIDI triggers and time code for perfect sync.
Backup lighting and safety plan
Every lighting system has full redundancy: extra moving heads, backup console, UPS power, and standby lighting designer ready. Any failure swapped within 60 seconds without the audience noticing.
