Choosing screen type by event
LED Wall: for major events, high brightness, visible in any conditions. Projection Screen: for theaters, cinema, Dark Room events. Interactive Touch Screen: for exhibitions, interactive experiences. Curved/Modular Screens: for artistic concerts, creative conferences. Wrong choice wastes 50% of budget.
Pixel Pitch — true quality
Pixel Pitch determines screen resolution: P1.5 (very high resolution, viewed close, most expensive), P3 (ideal balance for conferences, viewed from 3+ meters), P5 (mid-size events, 5+ meters), P10 (large outdoor screens, 10+ meters). Lower number, higher resolution and cost.
Screen sizes and specs
Conferences (300-500 people): Main 8×4.5m screen + two 5×3m side screens. Major events (1,000-5,000): 12×6m LED Wall + Lobby screens + Outdoor Repeaters. Festivals (10,000+): giant 20×12m screens with Multi-View Cameras. Each size has its calculations.
Projection Setup — for special cases
For dark halls, Mapping Projection creates magic: 4K Projectors with 20,000+ Lumens, Tensioned screens 150-300 inches, or projection on walls/ceilings/objects (Projection Mapping). Cinematic experience impossible to achieve with LED Walls.
Multi-Screen Synchronization
For major events, we coordinate 5-10 screens working together: Main Screen (speaker), Side Screens (Slides), Lobby Screens (Welcome Loop), Outdoor Repeaters (outside audience). All Sync via professional Video Switcher (Blackmagic ATEM, Roland V-160). Cinematic Multi-Cam experience.
Operator & Live Control
Professional Operator manages content live: Slide changes per speaker signal, Picture-in-Picture for remote guests, Live Camera Switching, Lower Thirds addition, Live Polling Display. Operator trained on our equipment, can handle any challenge.
Backup & Redundancy — no black moments
All our setups come with full Redundancy: Backup Computer ready in 60 seconds, Spare LED Wall Modules (in case of unit fault), Backup Power (UPS protecting from outage), Spare Cables and Connectors. No event of ours has experienced screen outage (1,500+ event record).
Logistics & Installation Timeline
For large screens (LED Walls 8×4m+): delivery 24h pre-event, 4-8h installation, 2-4h Testing, 12h Soak Test (system stability). Post-event dismantling: 4-6 hours. Every step documented in Run Sheet avoiding surprises.
